When and how do I get my Live Search cashback reward?
When you sign into your cashback account, you’ll see your current cashback balances, including pending, available, in process, and rewarded cashback amounts. In case you decide to return your purchase, Live Search cashback purchases are listed in your cashback account as pending for up to 60 days from the purchase date, depending on the store. After that waiting period and when your available cashback balance is more than $5, you can choose one of the reward methods listed in your cashback account. Then we’ll send your cashback in approximately seven days. Please allow an additional 7 to 21 days to receive a check or funds deposited in your account.
