When and how are my ePay payments delivered and how can I ensure that my payee receives my payment on the due date?
Your payment will be processed on the date you provide, except on weekends and RCU observed holidays. Checks are processed at 12:15 am Monday – Friday except on RCU observed holidays. If you enter a payment prior to the Payment Processing Date, the check will be processed ON the Payment Processing Date entered. If you enter a payment after 12:15 am on the same day as the Payment Processing Date, the check will be processed and mailed on the NEXT WEEK DAY (excluding RCU observed holidays). Payments scheduled to occur on weekends or holidays will be processed on the week day (excluding RCU observed holidays) prior to the pay date, except when processing for that day has already occurred. In this case, the payment will be processed on the following week day (excluding RCU observed holidays). We recommend submitting payment requests a minimum of seven mailing days in advance of when the payment is due. This ensures there is sufficient lead time to process your payment and get it to the pay
