When an institution has been reviewed previously by the certification committee, but there still are outstanding concerns, how long will the institution have to resolve its “issues?”
The committee discussed its policy of providing institutions approximately one year to respond to committee concerns identified after an institution has had the opportunity to respond to issues identified. The committee decided to provide institutions six-months to respond to concerns when the institution has been reviewed previously by the certification committee.
