When an employee transfers to a new agency, in which agency should the election be recorded?
To facilitate processing of the elections, it is preferable for the original agency to enter the employees election on the original agencys batch file. If the employee makes his or her election after moving to a new agency, the new agency should provide the election information to the original agency to be entered into the original agencys batch file. Soon after the majority of batch files have been returned following the May election period, DHRM will reload the performance management database containing the election and evaluation information. The Bonus Award Load Listing, PM9495, will reflect current PMIS status and list employees in their agencies as of April 30, 2002. The Reload Ratings report, PM9535, will be run at the end of May and will include an indicator for those employees who have moved into the agency from another agency since April 30. If necessary, another batch file will be produced and distributed via HuRMan agency folders to identify and collect unreported employee
