Yes. Our WebFile for Business option entitled Employee Status Change feature (selection found within the Report New Hire option) allows users to report this information to us online. If your company is currently withholding a Massachusetts child support amount for an individual, you can report employment status change, such as workers’ compensation claim, retires, terminations, layoffs, etc. NOTE: Employees with Out of State Child Support obligations need to be reported to the appropriate state.
