This error almost always occurs simply because the “Central Client Deployment Service” (CCDS) is not availble in the user’s country for On Device Setup (ODS). Since ODS communicates to CCDS to retrieve email settings the abscence of this service will ultimately yield the above mentioned error. Thus, when trying to add a New email address to the user’s account If your country is not listed below then adding a new email address must be performed by login into email.nokia.com.
