When a Resource Entity (RE) is providing electricity to a Load Service Entity (LSE), can the same Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) represent both parties?

A QSE may represent mutliple REs and LSEs with valid QSE Acknowledgements between REs and LSEs and QSE, including a RE that is supplying a LSE. This acknowledgement must be signed by each RE and LSE and cosigned by the QSE.
