When a Resource Entity is providing electricity to a Load Service Entity, can the same Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) represent both parties?

A QSE may represent mutliple Resource Entities (RE) and Load Serving Entities (LSE) with valid QSE Acknowledgements between RE’s and LSE’s and QSE, including a RE that is supplying a LSE. This acknowledgement must be signed by each RE and LSE and cosigned by the QSE.
