A. Management Trainees must successfully complete the Management Trainee Program and are evaluated through the company’s Performance Management Process. If the Management Trainee successfully completes the program, which includes, but is not limited to, a strong evaluation under Performance Management, the trainee is then likely to be placed according to the department’s guidelines.
