When a participants joins a session from a Mac computer, I cannot switch presenter or hand over remote control. How can that be fixed?

If this occurs, it is because the participant on the Mac has joined the session through the HTML Viewer. The participant can join in two ways – through the Mac application (a .dmg file), or via the pure presentation mode through the HTML Viewer. When the participant visits the joinsession.com page to join the session, they can choose their preferred way of joining. If the participant clicks on the orange button Download then it is possible to switch presenter and enable remote control during the session. On the other hand, when the participant enters the session ID along with their name and clicks the “Join” button on the joinsession.com webpage, they will join the session via the HTML Viewer and therefore Switch Presenter and Remote Control will not be possible.
