When a criticism is received for an unmatched unit report, do we need to submit a new unit report?
Simply file a copy of the policy information page, all endorsements applicable to Wisconsin, and cancellation or termination if required. Please attach this to our letter advising you of the unmatched status. In the event the report was filed with the WCRB in error, you are required to file a Corrected Unit Report deleting all exposure and loss records.
