When a cover letter or resume is saved in either RTF or PDF format, is there a way to ensure that the formatting remains intact?
After you initially save a document as RTF or PDF, you should open the document to see how it will look. If necessary, make any edits and/or changes and resave it. Once a cover letter or resume is submitted, you can check to see how it looks by going into your Candidate History and clicking on the file name that appears. If you wish to edit the document that has already been uploaded, please refer to the Step-by-Step for Editing/Updating Materials section in the How To Apply.
