When a child exits Part C and enters Part B 619, do we complete the form together?
A. Part B 619 programs have the option of accepting Part C exit data to use as Part B entry data. They may however, collect and enter Part B entry data independently of Part C staff. Infant Toddler Networks and Local Education Authorities may find it beneficial to work together as part of the transition between Part C and Part B to collect data and rate performance in the outcome areas.
