Whats Wrong with X-Men Origins?
While X-Men Origins is an intensely satisfying experience, there are some less than desirable aspects. As much fun as it is, it’s a fairly repetitive game. Logan will go from area to area, solve minor puzzles, and kill wave after wave of bad guys. Some boss fights break up the formula, but all require the same strategy: dodge, lunge, attack, and repeat. Another negative is that you’ll be fighting the same enemy types for the majority of the game. Again, a little variety would go a long way. While these things do detract from Origins, the combat is so much fun you’ll hardly notice.
