Whats wrong with using a local tag service or putting my information on the tag?
First, you want more than a local service that may or may not be available when you need it most. Usually these promotional services use inexpensive tags of soft aluminum or even brass or painted numbers. In time, these tags wear and the information often becomes unreadable. And when you need it most, the finder can’t make out the information to make contact. And just as important, the information that our service makes available on your pet is much more than can fit on a tag. It includes medical information, personal message from you to the finder, even special needs or required treatment.
