This is caused by the user account on the EBU catalog without SELECT privilege on SYS.V_$SESSION. To grant the privilege, issue GRANT SELECT ON SYS.V_$SESSION TO catalog_user. catalog_user can be looked up from $OBK_HOME/admin/catalog.
