First you had better get the dust out of your ps2. You only cleaned the outside of it. The lens/lasers aren’t the only component that can malfunction because of dust buildup. I am putting a link at the bottom to a site (run by australian modders) that gives detailed instructions for opening the ps2, cleaning the lens, and adjusting lens height, among other things. Note there is a capacitor in the ps2, which stores electric energy even when it’s unplugged and can shock you. Don’t open the ps2 unless you know what you’re doing around capacitors, get someone who does to do it instead. Don’t try adjusting the lens height until you have cleaned out all the dust. To clean the lens, use a q-tip soaked in propanol and rub it very gently in a spiral from the center outwards, then take the dry end of the qtip after a second and lightly touch it to soak up excess liquid. Your ps2’s lasers are clearly working fine, so don’t do a pot adjustment. The symptom of garbled graphics sounds more like a gp
