Whats wrong with having fluoride in water?

There are definitely two sides to this debate, and first and foremost we urge you to be an informed consumer and research this issue. Again, we are most concerned with effective hydration. The cleaner the water, the better the hydration. Anything added besides the required minerals to water will slow down the hydration process. That being said, we believe fluoride is best used topically (such as with toothpaste), and not ingested. It’s interesting to note that fluoride toothpaste product usage instructions stress not to swallow the product.
