Whats wrong with Cherry Hills fair and open process for no-bid contracts?
The Council and Mayor adopted a Fair and Open Process ordinance (Res. 2006-1-51) that established procedures and selection criteria for awarding professional service contracts. It changed nothing and did not alter the pay to play game in Cherry Hill. It does not put any reasonable campaign contribution limitations on those who seek and who are awarded no-bid professional service contracts.
