Whats with the Woolwich over my buy-to-let mortgage?
A MONTH or so ago, I wrote to you about the fact that Woolwich had lost my certified accounts. You will remember that I am self-employed. You persuaded Woolwich to agree to pay my accountant’s bill for replacement accounts. I sent the bill and asked it to write back and confirm the bill had been paid. I have had no reply from the Woolwich. Also, over two months ago I rang the Woolwich to make a very straightforward change to my buy-to-let mortgage. Since then I have written, phoned and faxed, begged, pleaded and implored on countless occasions and got nowhere. PE, Camberley, Surrey ON the matter of the certified accounts, Woolwich had sent the £30 fee to your accountants. Woolwich told me your borrowing query had been sorted too, but some two months after promising to change the mortgage to repayment-only as you wanted, rather than capital and repayment, this simply had not been done.
