Whats with the Woolwich over my buy-to-let mortgage?
A MONTH or so ago, I wrote to you about the fact that Woolwich had lost my certified accounts. You will remember that I am self-employed. Since then I have written, phoned and faxed, begged, pleaded and implored on countless occasions and got nowhere. Woolwich told me your borrowing query had been sorted too, but some two months after promising to change the mortgage to repayment-only as you wanted, rather than capital and repayment, this simply had not been done.
