The results of the census are used to determine 1 how many congressmen or women a state gets 2 what portion of federal funds are allocated to a district Obama and Rham Emmanual, his chief of staff want to manipulate the survey for political purposes. Unlike other surveys this one will be conducted with sampling and mathematical formulas. The numbers can also me manipulated by counting illegal aliens as citizens. Gregg is resigning largely in protest.
