Whats with all the sea turtles at the top then?
Like the lobsters, sea turtles have been studied intently in matters surrounding magnetoreception because they complete countless long-term migratory routes in their lifetimes. Considering the scenery of the seas (or lack thereof), their ability to keep track of where they are and where they are going has intrigued biologists and physicists, alike. Equally elusive is the consistency in the paths they choose. Each year their locations are easily predicted since they have been traveling along the same routes for ages.
