To us, it evokes one of our core goals: discovering new and yummy music and presenting it to the world to enjoy. We had a contest to name our lovely mascot (created by the talented Mark McDevitt of Methane Studios, and in the Winter of 2007, our mascot was officially named “Calliope” (submited by Dave Reininger).
