Whats up with the frames/no-frames deal?

It’s a long standing question. Frames are more convenient, since they don’t require multiple programming of USEMAPs, and links go everywhere. No-frames pages load hella fast, more centered in appearance. I’ve switched back and forth, but for now — no-frames. Pages with frames don’t always look so good (especially if the frames aren’t invisible).
