I was given a golden opportunity to step out of my box as a Sr. Employer Service Representative and create improvements and ideas. Working closely with the Director of operations managed to build a Customer Service Transplant team, train CSRS and facilitate career development training for management. I ws able to re-locate with the call center from MA to IL and successfully transition a very high profile group of clients. Unicare’s experience provided me with experience and tolls to move forard to my management goal….
