With our E-Beam On-a-ChipTM platform, El-Mul has refined a process for reproducible manufacture of CNT source devices, both as single elements and as arrays. During its manufacture, we’re able to control most any parameter of CNT placement, patterning and addressability, as well as many critical characteristics of CNT performance as emitters. Plus, we bring significant engineering capability and practical experience to any project involving CNTs today. What does your competitive landscape look like at this stage? Well, we see several different scenarios for competition. On the SEM and TEM side, we see several large companies that have invested in the development of CNT e-beam sources, but couldn’t reach a reproducible and stable device.
