Trials are off different nature, it varies from developer to developer. Developer normally activate trial for 7 to 15 days, but as i said its different some only provide trial for three days. Trail does not contain all the features of applications few important features are disabled in trial applications but on the same hand few developer provide trial with full feature in that case difference is the time span which is less then as compare to other trials!!
