Whats this I hear about an 14 month delay in publishing the manga?
There was a long delay in the publishing of Book 5 of the manga in Japan. This is because Sadamoto took a long break (around 14 months in total). This will not affect the Viz’s English-language publishing schedule in such a drastic way. Because they started publishing the English version many months after the Japanese version started, the delay has been cut down from 14 months to around 4-5. The last issue of book 4 was published in November (followed by the graphic novel) and the first issue of book 5 is due in the first quarter of 1999.
