A STARBUCKS GOSSIP reader sends this e-mail: I would like to see a thread devoted to the severance package offered to baristas during these closures. I am not interested in rants or rumors; those won’t help me plan. I just want to hear from baristas who have already been through it. My store is “on the list.” That is all we know. It would help me to know what to expect when the other shoe drops.
