What’s the weirdest encounter you’ve had with a marine creature?

Probably the weirdest encounter I’ve had with a marine creature would be in Brazil. We were surfing this left and right reef break, which had an abundance of turtles in the line up. I was on a wave and doing a bottom turn when a turtle popped up mid face and totally knocked me off my board. Another encounter I have had was when I was surfing a break by my house and a massive whale started breaching about 100 meters away from me. It was an amazing experience!
