St. Paul often has mild weather in early November. Last year on the first day of our conference (November 4th), the high was 71 degrees F. Evening temperatures can be in the 40’s. The National Weather Service has archival data for the Twin Cities. Out of those twenty days, one day there was a snowfall of 1.1 inches and another day there was a trace of snow. There was no snow on the other 18 days.
