In November, most hotels will have closed their pools. Depending on when in November, it may get slightly warm in November, but it will probably be too cold to sit by the pool (unless you are wearing a sweater).

I’ve been to Las Vegas in November – the weather was OK but not really sunbathing weather. It also got quite chilly in the evenings. Like a lot of answers have already said, many hotel pools are closed so it may not be an option anyway.
