Whats the value of 1964 Kennedy half dollar- mint codition?
The 1964 Kennedy is made of 90% silver and gets it’s value from that fact. They minted 273,304,004 at the Philidelphia mint and 156,205,446 at the Denver mint. Most disapeared from circulation before they even had time to be used and get worn a little. Most are still out there and are worth about 7 to 8 times face value. That is what a dealer would pay. There are a lot in high grades so even high grade ones command very little in extra value. Only time will bring the value up. Even with the great silver melt of the 1980’s there are still a lot around.
