Whats the use of the “In-Process” list ?
When you have agreed on a trade with another member, you may move items from your want-list to your in-process list. This way they don’t appear anymore as items you want but they don’t appear yet as items you own either. This will prevent other users to contact you for a trade about these items. Also you may use the “Short comments” field described before to indicate comments like “Oct 7th: In a trade with UserX, UserX@somedomain.com”.
