A. Once you sign up for a CBT exam, your requested exam location and timeslot have to be approved through our testing center partners. You will receive an approved or unavailable e-mail within 2 – 3 business days of registering. Once you have submitted your exam choice request, you are subject to our reschedule and cancellation policy.
