Whats the toughest problem youve had to solve at Hilton Hotel Southlake Texas?
Checking guest in and out of hotel, meeting guest needs to the best of my ability such as making dinner reservations, taxi reservations, emailing or faxing receipts, making copies for busines meetings, making hotel reservations, and answering the phone and transfering calls to appropriate personnel.
