The toughest problem was reordering the information architecture of the Metrology website. There was so much information on so many different instruments. Visitors may need to see the specs on more than one instrument at a time. The solution was creating small windows of lists that open specs in new windows. This allowed visitors to backtrack to the previous informational groups without having to hit the Back button….
