Whats the toughest problem youve had to solve at Delta Faucet Company?
The toughest problem I had to solve at Delta Faucet was basically making sure everyone in my department get along. When you have people on the line that does not get along, that makes things hard on the next person because the do not pull their weight and that will cause us to fall behind on production. When we do not meet out prodution, we have to either work extra hard to get it or stay over because you have to get your production at the end of the day and our goal is 1,250. What makes it so tough for me because I am the one that sometimes cut my break short to build-up extra parts. I could get in trouble for a build up but I am trying to keep my team together without anyone getting trouble or going to the office. Another problem is when the water tester fails and when it does that, you can have a build-up but that is the only time and your goal is lesser depending on how long you have the problem….
