What’s the structured eating plan; it’s not a soup diet is it?
Not at all. It’s not even a diet, it’s a structured healthy eating plan designed to promote fat loss and muscle gain (tone), resulting in a leaner, healthier and fitter body. It should be used as a long term healthy eating plan. You are not eliminating food groups or your favourite food, you are only limiting them. If you are anything like me; if someone tells me not to eat it, I want 10 of them!! I disagree with these 2 week diets or Atkins diet as the weight always goes straight back on with extra, these type of diets are also unhealthy and dangerous. You will also receive handy tips on how to burn extra calories and what food to eat when eating out or eating take aways.
