paramol is the strongest over the counter painkiller u can buy its stronger than co codamol as its dihydrocodeine, take 2 every 4 hours and follow the pack for how many u can take in 24 hrs. u can also take3 doses of ibuprofen a day in addition (if ur able to takeibuprofen ) and best to space them out between the doses of paramol. make sure u dont take any other paracetamol containing products when taking it or any others codeine in it , if its a tooth abscess u need toget some antibiotics asap.
