Whats the story behind Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)?
There are many speculations about this song. First of all Single Ladies doesn’t take place in a club as claimed in the media. It’s a song about a woman who is angry at her ex-boyfriend for dipping on her, which he actually never did but she doesn’t know that because she doesn’t pay him much attention. She is also scared to commit to him for various reasons and is therefore making up a silly excuse by telling him to put a ring on it. Which turns out to be easier said than done.
