Whats the status on the Tiger brand settlement with Groupe Danone?
The company and Groupe Danone signed a settlement agreement on April 14, 2009 in respect of Tiger litigation pending in the high courts of Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Also, all IPR issues on Tiger were resolved with Kraft, with Britannia securing its legitimate right to its Tiger logo around the world. We got Rs 22 crore from Danone for the Tiger brand.
