I believe the secret is to show a motivated, positive attitude. Dealing well in a customer service roll is key. I managed by time well, and exceeded my goals every month. Being able to take direction, and produce accurate work is essential since we are working with patient’s who are relying on their insurance company when they are in need. When dealing with a problem in health care, really listening to the customer usually resolves the issue quickly, leaving the customer satisfied rather than frustrated.
