I applied at McMaster hoping for a customer service position and went through an extensive interviewing process. They called me and offered me a position in the warehouse processing reciepts. I was delighted as I really wanted to work there. They treated the new hires very well and I thought I had found my dream job. One day after six weeks I was asked to come to the office. I thought they were going to review me and knowing I was a good worker, dependable and had done everything asked of me, I wasn’t worried. I thought maybe ever a six week raise…Boy was I surprised when they told me they were letting me go because they didn’t think I was a “good fit”.
