Whats the secret to getting hired at Lake Compounce?
I don’t think there really is a secret to getting hired at Lake Compounce. All one really needs is customer service skills and knowing how to interact with people. Being outgoing is another wanted aspect in applicants. Going up to customers to ask if they need any assistant was hard for the first couple days because I was shy. Sooner than later, I was able to come out of that shell and help tons of people….
