I would say the best way is through recruitment directly from college, I know for certain that J&J has hired from UPenn in the past. J&J also hires a good majority of interns that have performed well during their time at J&J, but it is not guaranteed. Lastly, J&J has a record of not hiring temps to permanent full-time positions. I would recommend using the Career Connections websites to learn of new full-time positions. Good luck, because it is very competitive….
