Dinner – you should try to have fish and vegetable or turkey / chicken and vegetables. Cut out all junk food, refined carbs (white bread) and red meat if you can. At the most, have red meat once a week. Try to walk for at least 30 mins each day. You will lose weight – maybe 1lb a week maximum. Exercise is the key to a healthy lifestyle and the most effective form of weight loss but without it, a good, healthy and balanced diet is the next best thing.
