The IC provides CMS oversight on the installation. The IC is the champion for Customer Management Services and maintains a constant focus on ensuring that the delivery and receipt of ALL services on the installation promote a sense of community well-being. The IC is essentially the “Mayor” who looks out for the well-being of all constituents who use the installation for support. The Garrison Commander fulfills the role of “City Manager.” Together, they are the hands-on management of all affairs related to the installation.
