Whats the return policy?
Until January 21st, There is a $10 processing fee for recovering fees and work generated, but your money is returned to you, no questions asked. After that, there is a 50% recovery until the day before The Overnight, after which tickets are non-refundable. Emergencies are considered on a case by case basis for full refund or waiving of processing fees.
