No refund on all the software (Please download the demo version and try it for 30 days before you agree to purchase) Merchandise returned for credit must be returned with 7 days of purchase. All returned units are subject to a 20% restocking fee and additional charges resulting form product damage. Refunded shipment: cost plus $20.00 handling fee. all the service charge are not refundable.
